September is California Wine Month and is the perfect time to experience California wine regions and the annual harvest, with events and celebrations happening throughout the state! California Wine Month celebrates the state's winegrowing history and the contributions of its vintners and growers to the lifestyle and economy of the Golden State. The Madera Wine Trail will host its 12th annual "California Wine Month Celebration" on September 20 at San Joaquin River Parkway Conservation & Trust from 6:00-9:00 p.m. honoring California Wine Month. Local wineries, restaurants and food producers will join together to pour wines complemented by the area's most delicious and diverse foods. Wineries and vintners will be available to discuss the wines and techniques used in local winegrowing and winemaking.
Live music from Blue Skies Trio with jazz vocalist Sunny Wright from the Central Coast - inspired by the classic piano-bass-drum trios and small jazz combos from the 40's to the present day!
